Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which subscription purchases made on Tender Note, a service of Infinity Enterprises, may be cancelled or refunded.

Subscription Purchases

The Tender Note annual subscription is priced as displayed at checkout, inclusive of any applicable taxes. Once a payment is successfully verified, access to the Service is activated for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellation

• You may request cancellation of a subscription purchase within 7 days of the date of purchase, provided the account has not been substantially used to access tender data or generate reports/bills.
• Cancellation requests after this period, or after significant use of the Service, will not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are considered only where a cancellation request is raised within the 7-day window described above.
• No refunds will be issued if the account has been used to substantially access tender listings, generate reports, or manage bills/collections during the subscription period.
• Refunds are not provided for change of mind after the subscription has been used, or for failure to use the subscription within its validity period.
• In case of duplicate or failed payments where the amount was debited but the subscription was not activated, the full amount will be refunded upon verification.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
